Event Waiver & Release of Liability

By completing this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following on behalf of myself and any minors or dependents I am registering:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this event involves activities that may include, but are not limited to: dancing, hayrides, games, crafts, interaction with farm animals, and other recreational activities. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage.

Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless FUSE, DDSi, Borgmann Farm, Park Place Catering, event sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising from participation in this event.

Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, I consent to necessary medical treatment for myself and/or any minors or dependents I am registering. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Photography/Media Release
I understand that photographs and/or video may be taken during the event. I grant permission for images or recordings of myself and/or minors or dependents I am registering to be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to print, online, and social media, without compensation.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this waiver and release of liability. I certify that I am the parent/legal guardian of any minors I am registering, and I have the authority to agree to this waiver on their behalf.
